The Chamber is excited to announce that we are currently seeking a part-time employee for the position of Administrative Assistant.
QUALIFICATIONS: A college degree is not required. A high school diploma with an emphasis on business is preferred. Position specifically requires secretarial skills, including typing. Must work well with word, excel, and internet functions. Must be people oriented.
REPORTS TO: Executive Director
FUNCTIONS: Records and maintains the organization's membership records. Prepares and mails bills and membership investment invoices.
DETAILED DUTIES: (Including, but not limited to.)
- In the absence of the President, responsible for office operations.
- Maintains accurate membership records.
- Records all paid all invoices and bills.
- Staff assistant to various Chamber committees, as directed by the President.
- Prepares monthly membership billing statements.
- Prepares normal billing statements for member services.
- Maintains an inventory of supplies and equipment.
- Supports Executive Director as needed.
- Maintains Chamber Facebook Page and sends out weekly chamber announcements on Constant Contact.
